Department of labour ignorance

I have app**** for my UIF benefits since February and eversince I have app**** , I've never ever received any smses or email to confirm if the application has been approved by the assessor or not not even the confirmation addressing if the claim is correct or not. I have submitted all the necessarily documents that was requested but still nothing. I have called their offices , call centre the only thing they doing they keep on promising that they will send my query to their superior and give me the feedback but till to the date , nothing . I have called them even today stating their system is down still no feedback. Labour is very disappointing at this point knowing people are unemployed and they need their benefits so long till they get new jobs and it's not like we asking for our benefits, we work for it. If everything is in order why not pay people their benefits and what is Erin with their system everytime you need a feedback? South African system is broken and failing south Africans but they still need our votes still they can't assist people of South Africa with their own benefits as if we owing labour money but we worked for it, Labour needs to pull their socks up they failing unemployed south Africans with their own money . I want department of labour to reply and pay my benefits .
