Department of Labour has failed us again

Our government departments are failing us again, I have registered since 2018 October after losing my job, still today I have waited for the sms that they promised to send me. My nephew has been running to the department just to tell that the company has change its name, so he need to go back and get new papers with the company's new name. But way are we suffering to get OUR OWN MONEY from our this department. South Africa has lost its value
