Department of Labour Gauteng / The service is very poor

The service is very poor, what hurts is we complain about poor service but nothing is done. I opened the case twice no clear answer what happened to the outcome, the last one I even tried to push by emailing and calling Barbara Panseqrouw & Margaret Tyelbooi and they told me the case is with H, Langa who told me he doesnt have my case but he will investigate and come back to me it was October 2016 and in 2017 Langa told me they need 60 days to work on my case until 2018 when I checked with labour department I was told the case was closed
