Department of Labour - Free State

I have a big problem with the labour department in Bloemfontein in 146 Charlotte Maxeke St, i normaly sign a UI-6A form at the Bloemfontein office but i live in Brandfort and it's 60km away from Bloemfontein and i don't always have transport to go to the Uif offices. So i did a online Continuation of Benefits on 14 December 2021 because they said i can do it online and i did recieved a sms that states i will recieve my pay out in 5days time. So i called the Uif call centre after 5 days and told them i did not recieved my money yet. So they said it is at the Paymaster they must just release the money. I called them maybe like 4 times again after that and they are very rude. So the one lady said i must go back to the Bloemfontein office so they can check what is going on. So i went back on 20 December 2021 to find out what is going on and the guy working there looked on the computer with my id number and just said sorry come back on 3 January 2022. So i was there again on Monday 3 January 2022 and they told me i must sign a new UI-6A form or i will not recieve payment. Today is the 5th of January 2022 and there are still no new info on my online profile that they are going to pay out? I must still get 3 months payment from uif and i worked for that money but they don't care to help us and they don't have manners at all and are very rude. They told a lot of people on Monday just sign the paper or leave it and see where u will get money. Is that how you talk to people that struggle that needs money and they just don't do a thing to help you. I must pay evrytime R150.00 just to get a lift to Bloemfontein and then the online applications does'nt even help. What kind of service is this? Why will they worry because they get paid every month to do nothing and we must struggle because we don't have jobs or money.
