Department of Labour for Workmans Compensation on *** option 3 at called at +- about 15h00 27/10/2017

Today I contacted the Department of Labour being the ROE section with the most disgusting service with a woman whose name I did not catch as she sounded so lazy she couldn't talk properly on the phone, however the call is apparently recorded. When I asked the lady not to shout at me as this is the first time I am doing an ROE for my company she slammed the phone down in my ear with no further explanation. I have never come across such a rude, lazy like person in my whole life. Clearly this lady does not want to be there, whereas there are millions of people who are looking for employment who would be a heck of a lot more efficient than this. I don't think some people understand where their salaries come from.
