Department of labour

I have never been so frustrated with a government department like the department of labour. They have been struggling to get my declaration on my previous company Ufiling profile since September 2023. How is that freaking possible? That it takes them so long to sort this out. Are they not qualified or are they just not interested in doing their f#$# jobs
