Department of Labour Covid-19 excuses for 2019 case

In December 2019 I app**** for UIF against St Georges College and in January lodged a complaint against not being paid my full salary. In January 2020 I did not receive my UIF and was advised to return in February. Meanwhile my case for payment was referred to an inspector who was to launch an investigation. No name was given, only the supervisor’s details. After numerous calls... weeks passed and so did months, what seems to be an imaginary inspector is getting back to me. In August 2020, the Department’s Luvo Madotyeni and Erica Bukeus are still getting back to me, in the midst of their “ma’am I’m currently very busy” statuses.
