Department of Labour - COMPLAINT POOR OR NO SERVICE!!!

No rating - Department is useless. Five months waiting for my UIF claim to be paid, promises being made since January. Phone HO no one answers. Call Minister's Office no one answers. You call the branch no one answers. DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK IN THIS DEPARTMENT? I have shocked and appalled at the poor service. No employee seems to know what they are doing in this Department. President needs to investigate this Department or get Malusi Gigaba to be Minister of the Department. He is performance managing employees at Home Affairs and getting rid of dead wood. Please does anyone at the Department even monitor all these complaints!!
