Department of labour claims that i owe them money

Im currently unemployed and went to apply for UIF at richards bay department of labour on the 17/07/2015 and went to sign for my UIF on the 17/08/2015. When i was waiting too long for the money i contacted DOL and was told i owe them money because the claim i was employed last year when i claimed once. But ive told them that i got a job 3 weeks after i signed for uif with yandisa tonys construction in newcastle and i can prove it. Now they withdrew my uif which im suppose to get this month because of false accusations. I was not employed last year when i app**** for uif. And all my documentation would prove that. This is very upsetting. I have a wife and kid to support and DOL wants to take my money which belongs to me.<br> How can i owe something which belongs to me in any way. My uif contribution is my contribution.
