I have logged my UIF claim on exactly 1 July 2020 however to date my information has not been captured onto the system nor was my claim submitted.

I am really disgusted with the service we receive from this department not to mention the attitude of the staff who are not customer friendly and very unhelpful.

This is the second time I experience this disgusting service first with my maternity benefits which I received when I was back at work already and now with my UIF claims.

I am really unhappy about this and would like further feedback
