Department of labour

Recently, I had to assist my brother in law with his UIF payment status. I was so disappointed, and annoyed by the services rendered to people at this department. It's a disgrace! He was suppose to receive his koney on the 4th of July, after several visits to the department all attempts was unsuccessful. These people are aware that this is people who are unemployed, with most probably their only income. They took his ID number and cellphone number he didn't receive feedback nor his money. On my side, I've semd emails to all departments including paymaster no response. Is sad that those working there just dont care whether children go sleep on a hungry tummy. It's not affecting them so it's not a priority. People should follow passion, and not money because this is the type of service you receive feom people following money!
