Department of labour are not assisting

On the 12 of December i went to apply for maternity leave benefit and till I haven't received anything, the assessor canceled my claim without provide a reason why it was cancelled. If there's anyone who can assist, because i have been up and down to pinetown labour department and they are jot assist.
