Department of labour and UIF

I've been trying to create and sort out my UIF profile to claim for my UIF, no idea why there is a number to call the customer care centre for help when the number doesn't work... tried calling the department office number too but no answer, sent emails for feedback and assistance still nothing. Why have an online efiling platform to make life easier but it doesn't work when you can't get assistance when needed...
