Department of Labour Alberton

I was retrenched on 15 December 2017. Submitted my Documents in later January as the Company took ages to give them to me. Went for a second time in February then went to SIGN for payment 12 March. They say count 7 to 10 days from the day after submission. So I have counted 10 days from 13th to 23rd March. STILL NO Payment. The security guards that are supposed to assist just point to the sign that says (COUNT 7 TO 10 DAYS FROM THE DAY AFTER YOU SIGN FOR PAYMENT) I explain that I have done that and he tells me to go stand in a queue that I have now stood in 4 times previously and have not received 1 payment in 3.5 months. I have a School going child to feed. What can be done??? \
