Department of labour a bit confusion very bad

Hey Guys, can someone please give me clarity on the following: last year i claim for uif as i was in isolation for 10 working days,okay long story short, i did all the necessary paperwork that they need, on 1 of the forms i think its a UI2.8 form they ask the amount you loose for those 2 weeks, so my money i loose for those 2 weeks is just over R11,000 before deduction as it stipulate it muat be the amount before deduction, so i did that everything is 100%, now here is something i don't understand, between the 11 or 14th February i only received R3445,51 from uif, as i asked them no how is that possible still more Than R6800 outstanding, and there response is according the Siyaya system the money thats reflected into my bank account, it is what it is no more money, so please tell me how is that possible so it means government wins, i loose more than R6000 no for me it doesn't make sense really it doesn't they should pay you the money you losses those 2 weeks or im i wrong... According the rules en regulations of covid 19 claims so i don't know really this is not good at all for me its wrong and still money outstanding, im not saying that im not grateful i am really as i see here on hello peter how people struggle with our SA government, department of labour so i am grateful, but money is money and its still short.
