I app**** for maternity benefit on 2yrs ago, I submitted all documents and all but no payment every time I go there the will I should wait the money will pop up anytime they don’t know why it taking long I go there until I got tired the last time I went there I ask the lady that was assisting me if there’s any documents missing maybe she said no I should wait money will come and when it does I should come and sign for it so few months back I decided to register online and see maybe they will be able to assist me there and I found that my application had been cancelled I don’t know why then I made the appeal online and the person assisting me ask that I send the medical certificate which I send long time now with no response at all the system keep on saying waiting for medical certificate
