I have submitted my claim on the 24/06/2021, I was told that payment will be made available after 7 working day, I went back after 7 days i was told that the lady who was helping resigned and did not submitted the request. The 19/07/2021 claim was submitted again and was told payment will be made available within 7 days again. I went back again on the 2/08/2021 was again told payment will be made available with 7 days, I went back again on the 13th of August I was told payment will be made available to this day no payment has been received. My claim was made at the labor center in Alberton, this is so frustrating and very unprofessional because every time i go nobody is giving me a valid reason why I still have not received my money.
