Department of Labour

Good day,I could like to complaint about Department of Labour at Pretoria CBD I went to Labour on 10th of September 2019 to sign form for my funding on 23 September I did call them for reminder they said my money will be reflected on 24 on holiday. I'm trying to call them several times they are not picking my calls,Poor services I'm not happy at all.i don't have money for transport to go to Labour n also food since while I'm unemployed.can you please assist me
