Department of Labour

The Department of Labour has been giving me the run around. I app**** for unemployment benefits in Jan 2023 only to receive a SMS on Feb 2023 that it has been rejected with no reason or explanation. I appealed to only get a SMS 9months later that it has been approved. Was told to do a continuation of benefits and that the monies would be paid out in 7 business days. 15 business days later still no monies. I am literally almost waiting a year for the benefits.
