Department of labor Pretoria Nana Sita

I've been on maternity leave since 1 July 2023. I tried submitting my uif documents at the Nana Sita department of labor Pretoria and was unsuccessful until I gave birth. Following that they advised me that I can have someone submit on my behalf so while I was home taking care of the baby, I asked my sister to submit for me, she managed to submit my documents at the Orlando department of labor in Soweto. When I went back to the Pretoria branch to check how far my claim is going, I was not happy with how I was treated. On arrival I enquired at the front desk where to go to make a follow up on claims so I was directed to the 1st floor. I found a queue on the corridor and asked one of the guys on the que if that was the que for enquiries, I was then told to ask the guy who works with uif claims who was taking information from the people queueing on the passage, I then tried to ask the guy and he told me to join the queue so I joined the queue. When I got to the counter after what had been over 2 hours of waiting for service, I was turned back by the same guy who told me to go make an enquiry at Soweto since submission of documents was done there.
