Department of labor pinetown

To who it may concern

It states that the trading hours at Pinetown are from 07:30 to 16:00 however when I got there atb15:20 I was told there was a staff meeting. There was no one on site to assist me with the submission of my forms.

THIS is terrible service as they should change their office hours to accommodate their meetings or at least have one person on standby to assist us, instead of turning us back.
