DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IS A ****!!!!!!

UIF has proved to be nothing but a bunch of ****mers from my end.I recently submitted my claims for the first time and I must say it was a distasteful experience. On the 27th of February I submitted the relevant documentation needed from my previous employer, the schedule and declaration form, I called on the 01st March to find out if the documentation was received and if any additional information was required from my end, I spoke to lady who confirmed that the documentation was received but she couldn't check if any additional information was required as they had load shedding, she advised I call again. I called I think 3 days later I called to check, I spoke to another lady who advised that the documentation was received they need the bank stamp which I got and sent through. I called again on the 01st I was advised the documentation has been received they will send an email once the assessor approves it. I called again to find out if there is any progress on the matter I was told, they still awaiting the assessor, "I specifically "asked if there is any documentation outstanding is required or information,I was told, there isn't and I should call so they can progress the matter. All well I called on the 23rd to find out if there is any feedback on the progress I'm told no the case is still with the assessor I ask "is there any additional information required from my end", I'm told there isn't. I call today to progress the matter to my surprise today the first lady I spoke to am told in the security check verification that I need to submit relevant forms for HJB Service PTY Ltd as I worked for them in 2020 noted by Gundo the assessor, I advised that when I went about the declaration I specified only one company I worked for I don't know of HBJ services I haven't worked for them. They told me that unfortunately I have according to the filing that was done by the company, I reiterated that I don't know of the company I wasn't working during the pandemic. They advised that the only solution is to get an affidavit and open a *****ulent case πŸ˜‚. How this quickly turned into my problem in the midst of trying to claim for my fair share of contributions.πŸ€” How when the details are loaded on the UIF system and I'm claiming for what am well aware of and is due to me, is this now a problem of mine, they gave the best lines "sorry but that's the only way" mind you after a certain period of time you forfeit your benefits if they aren't claimed 3 months that being, now I need to open cases?Make it make sense to me, if I hadn't followed up when I was I going to be told this information and better yet why aren't the investigations not running from your end as you have necessary details from both ends and the *****esters, why isn't anyone from UIF doing anything from they end? I was told "well ***** encounters happen when companies try claim *****ulent amounts" , so this is clearly not a new thing and it's your everyday situations to my head why isn't the DEPARTMENT OF LABOR dealing with it?Well I guess they do what they to every black person eat the money and to hell with you no resolution no assistance.πŸ™ŒπŸΎTO HELL WITH REGISTERING FOR UIF BENFITS I would rather not be if this is the **** ***** THEY DO LIKE THEY DID MY GRANMOTHER!
