Hallo Peter. I went on my Maternity leave in January 2024, I struggled to get my payments, i had to call every week to do follow up on when the would make my payments. I received the first payment in May which was R16000. As usual I had to suffer from because they did not make payments in time, I received the second payment in July which was R6000. As I was waiting for another payment, when i did my follow up they said my benefits were finished. So i called Capetown heard office and they said asked me questions about when i started working and my salary, they confirmed my benefits where not finished but when i called the uif they insisted that there were no payments to be made.
