Department of HELL

My experience with you has been nothing but pure HELL from December to date. Never in my life have I encountered such pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!! Your processes are disorganized, your staff is rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, dysfunctional and impatient.

You should really look into improving your customer service. Your department is shameless!!!!!!!!!!
