Depart of labour ...poor service for uif

I wouks like to give this depart no star as are so horrible . I have app**** for my uif in september and got paid on the 23rd of Sept 22 then on the 13th October 22 i went in for signing and I was told they no longer allowing walk-ins i must email a form for next payment till this date no payment as yet meaning they skipped October payment now we in november.so my question isn't that I should be paid monthly till my money runs out.so why are they skip some months and they also advise clamaints not to put dates on the forms in order for them to manipulate dates and process at their own time. This is Joburg branch main street labour office. What a horrible service by them. Its like they dont have money to give out only await funds collection from active contributors to pay benefeciaries
