Denied access and information about uif claim

I am deeply saddened and livid by the department of labour at Roodepoort. I have been claiming my uif there for the past 8months to date. During the first 4 months I was told to sign for payment every 15days only to be told I wasnt supposed to do so only now in January 2021 meaning the first 4 months were being short paid Whenever I go to the department I'm turned away by officials nobody wants to tell me what's going on because if I'm not mistaken the department owes me 2months worth of salary .

I am now denied access to enquire about my own contributions. The contact centre number one will be on hold with no assistance. The service is terrible and poor. Why do we have to suffer so much for our own money nd be abused mentally by the staff of the department. All I need is an explanation of wht happend to my contributions as it's not my fault that the staff didnt inform me about all the procedures
