Delayed UIF since 18September 2015

I have claimed my UIF on the 18th of August 2015 and submitted all required docs on this date. I waited 30days till the 18th of September to sign my Unemployment Declaration to receive payment within 10 working days, then got 2nd date for the 27th of October 2015. Both of these days passed without any notification what was delay for my payment.<br> <br> On the 3rd of November 2015 I was told by an UIF official that I didn't get UIF payment due to my profile showing I am still working for the period of 2012. He didn't bother to check for which company was it for, I find that strange as I claimed my UIF in 2013 with no hassles. After two weeks of going back and fro I was then told I need to submit my UI-19 for 09 February 2012 Teleresources (Pty) as there's a start date with no end date. I was registered by one agency using two different names Only the Best and submitted proof. <br> <br> Today I was told me it will take 30days to remove this incorrect profile. Does it really have to take 30days to rectify an error?This is not fair waiting this long for what's rightfully mine. I paid my UIF without going from pillar to pillar. I would really like this matter solved.<br> <br> Thanks in advance
