Delayed Uif payout

I have claimed for my uif since May 2020 till today I have not been paid. My bills are piling up and the excuse i am getting lately, is that they don’t have scanners, they are still waiting for them to be delivered. I mean why is the branch open if the equipment is not complete.. I am defeated and very angry
