Delayed labour claim payouts

Worst experience over and over again. They never seem to fail at bad service and delays. Where do they take their staff for training? The whole government has rotten departments. Their team leaders Mzwandile Mthimkhulu, Njabulo Khaula, and a lady named Jocelyn never respond to emails or get back to you as promised when you're seeking assistance and answers. Now I'm told to wait another 28 days due to their incompetence! What a nightmare
