Delay to pay my maternity claim

Good day. I've claimed for my maternity benefit on the 24th September 2015, they told me it will take 4-6 weeks for it to be paid if its not paid i should come back and follow-up. I went back after that 6 weeks period to find out what caused the delay, they said i should come back on the 11th December 2015. I went back again on the 11th December 2015 and was told that they need to remove the previous dates on the system so that my claim can be paid. This affected me, I'm not happy about their service. <br>
