Delay in Pay Out

I left my previous company due to restructuring. I received a retrenchment package in January. My previous employer submitted all the documents by UFILING in January, I submitted my documents on February 12. I have made several calls and sent emails to ascertain what the progress was. Friday a week ago, I again phoned and they ensured me that everything on my side was CORRECT and submitted, I should receive an sms confirming my banking details so that the payout can start. It has been two weeks, still nothing. I sent them two emails, I have received ONE, receipt of email (automatically). I have paid my UIF for 30 years, now that I need them, now they don't want to perform. This is grossly unfair. I would like my payments to start with immediate effect, I have waited long enough.
