Delay In attending to claim

I did a claim online 26th of September which still shows that is submitted till today and did one in branch on the 29th which was rejected reason active employee..... They then requested my bank statements and payslip in branch of which I submitted and since the hasn't been no feedback what's so ever and I need the funds as I have bills and expenses to sort out..... Please assist.
