Declaration Dilemma

I app**** for UIF since may and as at today when I called, I am still been told that my previous employment history as not been captured. I submitted these documents when I app**** for this benefit, submitted it online using uif's webmaster email address have physically taken this same set of documentation to UIF's head office in Pretoria, have given this same set of documents to a staff that was willing to help pass it on to the declaration department and still nothing is happening. This is very frustrating.
