Death Claim not being worked on

I would like to tell you about my experience. My husband passed away and on 01/06/2015 I went and put in a death claim at Springs DOL. They told me and even the letter they gave me was to phone in 8 weeks time. I phoned and the lady Pretty who works with it said it hasn't been captured yet (apparently it must be done manually etc). Each time I phoned I got problems, because she used to say \phone next week."The one day I called and was told by the operator when I told him I will hold for her (she was busy on the phone)"
