Death Claim dragging

Good day<br> <br> Please kindly assist with ethe below query.<br> <br> last year August we have logged a death claim to department of labour for my late mother Thembile.Mission Nhlapo I.D number*** 087), i have called the Head office in Pretoria on the 31.10.2014 i spoke to Michael and i was told that the claim is process,On the 20.11.2014 i spoke to Sam Mabuza at 11h20am and still i was told that it takes time for the claim to be completed.I have been told that we must go to Braamfontein sub-office and my Father Obed Khumalo I.D number*** 088) did went several times and always been told told that either the system is offline or claim is in process.Now it is 13 months.still no luck we going back and fort with this.Please kindly assist because we have submitted all the required documents to Department of Labour.
