My wife filled a UIF u filing claim for maternity benefits in May but as like always our government institutions are failing the people of its country in need. Shes been following up every 2 weeks and escalations are made but guess what nobody takes responsibility or have pride in their work. The staff is *********** and useless. The last 2 month they have been unreachable and there are no way of contacting them as nothing works just like government or has UIF gone broke??????
