COVID-19 UIF incompetance

For 34 years I have been paying UIF. I have a small professional practice (just me and my assistant). COVID-19 TERS payment amounted to R0. Reason? Employee not declared by Employer. This is a lie! I submitted the U-19 form again and still no payment! I contacted their customer care call center and the person I got to speak to was still half asleep! At least she answered the phone which is more than what can be said of the Minister's office! I have decided not to pay UIF over to SARS EVER AGAIN!!
