COVID 19 TERS FUNDS

I was at UIF George office to help me regards to my Covid 19 claim,but I was told they could not help me. They gave me an email adress to contact. This is really a laughing matter as i am now talking to about the 10 person because each and every time the email is forwarded to another person. Till date not one reply was received the mail just reads Mr ,,,,, can you please resolve this is going on now for about two months already. The fund was implemented to help all South Africans ,but it seem that only certain people gets the benefit of the fund that was set to help all. Everbody in our country is suffering deu to COVID 19.
