I was locked out of my ufiling account in August after I failed to remember my login details as I haven't used the service for a while.I reported the issue to the Department of Labour and it was in vain as they kept giving excuses every time I called,promising to get back to me.This is do stressful as I want to stay up to date with my uif payment status.

It's November now and nobody cares about the problem mo matter how many times I call them,even if I ask for a manager they give excuses.I think it's their way of robbing us of our hard earned money.I even wrote an email to the provincial manager of the Eastern Cape and still nothing happened which suggests that even these managers get thrir hands on our money.I don't know what to do anymore.
