Good day,

I have not received any of my benefits after being approved and my second signing will be on the 29 August 2022. I was told that I can't complain to anyone and that the labour department is never held accountable for keeping my money from me , after I was instructed to pay R729.00 for their mistake. How does one contact the minister of labour or expose the *******,lazy and don't give a damn about the people attitudes the uif/labour department employees have shown whether online or in person . Someone should be held accountable and start paying people their damn money , instead of taking long lunches,also having system down issues ,employees giving **** information and having people go back and forth to offices as if our legs were cars . South Africa has a **** labour department staff online and in office , only there to help themselves. Shame on you all.
