Continuation of Benefits

We do not get answers from UIF call center they just tell us they have escalated the mater. I did not get paid in May because they had system error they say and now in June they only paid me R400 is this the payment for May and June? Will I still get my last payment next month? Call center can not respond to all these questions. When I went to labour last month I was told to sign again and I will get doubled payment now is this R400 my double payment? Can I get assistance from the labour official please.
