Compliance certificate

Since July 2015 I've been trying to get a Certificate of compliance UI-56 no one has been able to assist me with this matter I've called almost every number I could find only to be told I've called the wrong department then I'm given an alternative number only to get the same response<br> <br> I was eventually given an email address so I enquired and another email address was given to me and I haven't heard from anyone this was in the beginning of September<br> <br> As a new business owner I feel disheartened by all of this, as it is I've lost out on income and all my other documents are expiring soon which mean more cash out of pocket.<br> <br> DISAPPOINTED BUSINESS OWNER
