COMPLAINT TAKING 9 MONTHS
I logged a complaint with Department Of Labour in January 2015 and to date my complaint has still not been resolved. The inspector dealing with my complaint takes weeks to respond to emails.I logged a complaint for 27 days annual leave and for public holidays including 2 sick leave days.At first I got a response from John Titus around July stating that the Employer states that I excepted the full package which meant my hourly rate included sick leave, over time and public holidays so I then been sending emails back asking for proof of this and I never receive it.I also then emailed John Titus with proof that if I excepted the package why when I worked on a public holiday I did not get my normal rate but a rate of R66.67 per hour when my normal pay rate is R50.00 per hour and also if I had excepted the rate why did employer in the period of June 2013 to September 2013 make ******* deductions on my pay each week which went towards provisions and this was done without my consent because what I know and understand is if you agree and except the package as John said the employer said I excepted why still no proof and also why has it taken 9 months.WHO CAN I SPEAK TO TO SPEED THIS UP
