Complaint on service delivery.

Firstly I would like to lodge this complaint ,regarding my uif funds an the service from they call center an office. Signed on 12th May 2023 inoffice Signed on 14th June 2023 inoffice After 2 signings received 1st draw on the 23rd June 2023. 12th of July 2023 was informed by civil servants at the uif in kzn office outside they building to use the used code going forward. Every month on the 12th day. My concerns is as we sign on line with still no payments. As no one can honestly help me. I need help with this matter going forward as I am not getting any joy from numerous calls to uif department. 12th August was my last time I used the used code still no payment. My last call made 2 weeks ago spoke to

To no avail logging into this sight is not possible.
