Complaint against department of labour UIF payments

My husband works for the bank and his salary is very high he paid uif for over 18 years, he went on disability he claimed for an illness claim at the Randfontein offices in Gauteng in October 2023, his 1st payment was only 12 Jan 2024. The amount was over R15 000. Then he app**** for the 2nd payment and waited 50 days and was only paid out on 14 March and the amount was only R4000. He has made numerous calls to the call centre for flow ups and they can't assist. He went and see the manager of the Randfontein office named Robert and he could not give us answers. He was very rude and just chased us out of his office as if he is doing us a favor. It is his job. The two departments do not talk to each other and we just can't get any help. And it is our money that should be paid back to us. All we wanted to know is a print out of the amount that was put aside for him and how it will be distributed for how many months. My biggest issue is if your salary was high how can you get R4000 after 2 months of waiting. It should have been a double payment. We still don't know how many payments my husband should receive. He has to pay medicine every month, and we must survive. I want someone to please give me a head office number or email address for complaints. Just so we can get answers.
