Complaint

I submitted a Martenity benefit claim in 27th September 2022 .and they kept on telling me that my claim is not captured. Till this date I have. Recieved nothing and I am even back at work without nothing .but poor service from them . I app**** at the department of labour in Queenstown Eastern Cape I do not know what is so hard to help people .
