COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE

I would like to complain of the poor service we get at the department of labour in Bloemfonein.They open at 08:00am but they only attend to us the public an hour later.I got there and submit everything after 35days of waiting they told me my things have not been improved.they did not give me a valid reason as to what happened and they gave me another date to come back.I got back sat in the que they told me to wait and they will call me i sat there for three hours after that i decided to go and ask them whats happening and they told me to leave and they gave me another date to come back.When i got back i did see the person who was processing my things and he told me he needs to fax one more document of mine and he gave me another date to come back which was the 07th of october 2015 since that date till today 15th of October 2015 when we go there they always say the systems are offline.I ust want to know how can a government place be offline for so many days.We use our lasts cents of money to go to town and then to be told you cant behelped.I would gladly appreciate it if this matter is being solved.
