Complaint

I have submitted a claim for uif I was told to submit missing Ui19 form I did exactly that and still my claim is not assessed as every time I enquire about this I'm told to submit information that I already submitted.Also the call centre agents from labour Dept most of them do not have a thorough understanding of what customer service is about.they are rude they drop calls etc.

I have lost hope in this department I need uif funds so that I can be able to look for work transport wise food etc.
