Complaint

I have never had a satisfying service at the department of Labour in nyanga. Today I stood in line for 4 hours because they say they want to tell everyone how many funds one has and I already know all that information and I don't need to know so I can just provide them with my form. No one could answer the questions I had because it was unnecessary for me to be there for so long, only to be told the systems are not working at 15:15 and finally they decided to bring a box and collect our forms and said we can leave. The service is always slow and most of the time they are chit chatting and having non related conversations with each other while you are sitting in front of them waiting to be assisted
