Complaint

I went to the Vanderbijlpark labour department office on Monday 11 January 2021 around 13:00 to check my UIF claim status and instead I was disrespected ,sworn at , insulted and embarassed by the lady who was marshaling the cue outside , she was not wearing a name tag but I managed to take a picture of her, please see attachment.

I was embarassed in front of other clients and officials , and she repeatedly kept on telling the security guard that was trying to stop her that she doesn't care even if she gets fired , I have witnesses who saw and heard everything.

Please advise on how to take this further as such civil servants are really taking the country backwards.
